Transfer-out policy for Domain, Hosting, SSL, any other services provided by Core Informatics is longstanding policy of our company. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. While we will deliver notice of changes or updates to these policies, it is your responsibility to periodically check this page for any updates or changes.

• All the services offered by Core Informatics are PRE-PAID, Non-Transferrable Services, and valid till expiry date only. There is no grace and/or free period for any services.
• All the payments made to Core Informatics are non-refundable and cannot be utilized for any other account or services.
• Tax Invoices and Invoices cannot be canceled once generated.
• Rs. 500 + 18% GST as late fees will be applicable if the payment for an account(s) and/or service(s) due is not paid before the due or renewal date and the account(s) and/or service(s) will be suspended.
• Paper Invoice via courier within India will attract Rs. 500 + 18% GST per invoice as convenience fees.
• The Service Buyer of the domain name must not involve any 3rd party agency to initiate discussion for transfer-out of the services.
• The Service Buyer must first submit a return request for receiving login credentials for the domain and hosting accounts.
• Transfer-out from Core Informatics to any 3rd party provider will attract Rs. 15000 OR 3 years of renewal fees for services purchased whichever is higher.
• Service Buyer who has requested transfer-out of the services will have 15 days to complete the transfer-out after Core Informatics receives fees as per transfer-out policy. After 15 days, the service buyers will not be allowed to transfer out and will have to continue using Core Informatics services only. If the service buyer confirms in writing to transfer out within 15 days then Core Informatics will suspend/terminate the hosting account (if any) without availing access to hosting account/backup facilities for which the service buyer has requested transfer-out. Core Informatics will provide a transfer secret or domain control panel of the domain name (if any).
• In case of transfer-out of the services, Core Informatics cannot be held responsible for the loss of any data, DNS zones, outage of any services.
• Core Informatics WILL NEVER COLLECT a cheque or demand draft or cash from any location. The service buyer must deposit a cheque or demand draft at the nearest branch of the bank in which companies have bank accounts OR transfer funds using net banking or other available options such as RTGS, NEFT, UPI, etc. Cash payment must be delivered to our Ahmedabad office.
• TDS, if applicable then, should not be more than 1% under Section 194 C or maximum 2% under Section 194 J.
• TDS, if applicable then, must be credited into PAN# given below within 30 days.
• By subscribing to our services, you unconditionally, unequivocally, and irrevocably accept the terms & conditions. And further, undertake to abide by the same for all times.
• Core Informatics reserve rights to provide or deny services if the customer fails to honour any written and/or verbal commitment / agreement .
• Core Informatics is providing domain, web hosting, ssl etc. as services with a specific period which is mentioned in the invoice provided to the customer. The customer cannot claim any services before and after the period mentioned in the invoice. Domain name is owned by the person and/or organization whose name is appearing in WHOIS data of the particular registry. This cannot be changed without fulfiling all terms and conditions of Core Informatics. Also, no customer can claim domain ownership using service invoice provided by Core Informatics.
• Choice of Law: Any disputes regarding these terms of payment will be litigated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA. These terms shall be construed under the laws of the State of Gujarat, INDIA.
